Claw-type Crushers operate on the principle of shear cutting, allowing them to crush finer materials, but with lower production efficiency. Hourly output is generally 300–800 kg, with 5.5–11 KW motors.
Large-type Crushers are used by large and medium feed mills. They feature high output and efficiency but also high energy consumption. Hourly output is 2,000–6,000 kg, requiring 18.5–37 KW motors.
Water-drop high-efficiency Crushers are a new Energy Saving product. The crushing chamber is shaped like a falling water drop, with a large screen wrap angle and High Production Efficiency. At the same output, they save 10–20% more electricity than other Crushers.
Soybean cake Crushers are specialized machines for crushing soybean cakes, capable of crushing whole soybean cakes with a diameter of φ600 mm. Hourly output is 1,000–5,000 kg.
