1. Before using this machine, conduct a thorough overall inspection and cleaning of the entire unit, adjust the belt tension properly, then connect the power supply and rotate it in the direction indicated by the marking.

　　2. Adjust the "tightening screw" of the press wheel so that the gap between the press wheel and the die plate is 0.1–0.3 mm.

　　3. During trial operation, take 15 kg of powder material (calculated for the 200C model; 5 kg less for small models, 5 kg more for large models). It is best to use rice bran, or 2.5 kg of peanut meal plus 15 kg of wheat bran. Conduct trial pressing, repeatedly extruding for 15 minutes. If material does not come out, use pliers to clamp a steel nail (do not use pointed steel nails; it is best to grind the nail head flat) to unblock the feed material in the die holes, then press again until normal discharge is achieved. If the user's own formula feed cannot be extruded, unblock the feed in the die holes again, put a little cooking oil on the flat die surface, then use the above-mentioned rice bran or peanut meal plus wheat bran feed to extrude. After extrusion, add fine sand (construction sand) and repeatedly extrude for 10 minutes until normal discharge is achieved.

　　4. The length of the feed pellets can be adjusted by adjusting the up-down position of the cutter.

　　5. If replacing the die plate, remove the material hopper, take down the material barrel, remove the press wheel and cutter, unscrew the nut on the main shaft, and use the accessory "puller" to lift out the flat die. (The die plate can be used on both sides; generally, after processing 25,000 kg, it should be flipped for use; for the 105A model, flip it after 12,500 kg.)

　　6. For safety in production, after removing the box cover, the power must be turned off and the machine switch must be switched off before using hands or other tools to touch the press wheel and die plate.

　　7. After this machine has processed 10,000 kg, disassemble the press wheel for cleaning, maintenance, and copper-based lubricating oil application. Conduct a comprehensive maintenance and lubrication every six months.

　　8. For the 105A single-phase motor model, please ensure a 220V voltage supply.

　　9. Machines using electric motors must be equipped with grounding devices.

　　10. For models using electric motors, customers must install overload protection devices.
