1. Tighten all connecting bolts, especially the three set screws inside the heating cylinder, and connect the electrical and power circuits.
2. Check all lubrication points.
3. Check whether the power supply voltage is normal.
4. Run idle for 30 minutes without jamming, collision, or other abnormal phenomena before starting normal production. If abnormalities are found during trial run, immediately stop the machine to identify the cause, eliminate the fault, then run idle again.
5. Adjust the temperature controller to the required temperature. Only start the machine after the temperature reaches the preset level, and feed material appropriately.
6. Gradually increase the feed rate until normal qualified products are produced. When normal production runs for 30 minutes, it indicates successful trial run, and normal production can proceed.
7. Before stopping, ensure the hopper is empty, and immediately reverse for 1 minute after stopping to discharge residual material from the propeller.
8. The machine body must be well grounded.
