1. Check whether the raw materials are clean

3. The temperature during carbonization is too high

Once the problems are identified, they need to be solved:

1. Unclean raw materials: The main methods to solve this problem are, on one hand, controlling the transportation process of raw materials to ensure they are not contaminated during transport as much as possible; on the other hand, controlling the storage conditions of raw materials to avoid contamination by wind-blown sand and soil as much as possible. At the same time, the source channels of raw materials must also be well controlled.

3. High carbonization temperature: If the temperature is too high during the carbonization process, it will inevitably cause carbon elements to combine with hydrogen and oxygen and escape. As a result, the charcoal becomes relatively lighter, while the ash does not escape, meaning the ash content of the charcoal relatively increases.
