
Corn and cotton Straw with moisture content of 10%-20% is crushed through a multi-functional Crusher using slicing and beating methods. Due to the main shaft speed of 2900 rpm and sieve bottom with 4-8mm diameter, the Biomass raw material is crushed and refined into 3-8mm powder form through slicing and beating, ready for direct use.
Pelletizing:
The crushed material is transported to the feeding hopper by a belt conveyor. The feeding auger delivers the material to the pellet machine discharge口. The electric feeding auger evenly distributes the material into the pelletizing chamber. Due to the use of a Ring Die pelletizer suitable for high-fiber materials, the produced pellets have a smooth surface and moderate hardness. The mold hole diameter is 8-10mm. Inside the pelletizing chamber, strong pressure friction between the material and the roller and die generates substantial heat, raising the material temperature to about 80°C. This softens the wood fibers and sterilizes them. The entire pelletizing process no longer requires additional heat or steam.
Cooling, Packaging and Seaming:
After passing through the belt conveyor, the pellets are sent to the cooling dryer for cooling and hardening. The cooling tower has strong suction ducts at the top to extract hot steam and moisture. The pellets undergo rolling cooling and hardening for 3-5 minutes, further completing the product into qualified finished pellets.
