Biomass Pellets Product Introduction

Biomass Pellets (Molding) fuel refers to compressing energy density-low crop straw and agricultural and forestry waste into high energy density, high specific gravity, and hard granular fuel. This shaped fuel has the characteristics of easy ignition, high calorific value, low ash content after combustion, and clean and hygienic. It is widely used in industrial, domestic boilers and民用 cooking and heating, and is a high-quality fuel that can replace coal.

Crop Straw Pellets (Molding) fuel and Wood Chips pellets (Molding) fuel combustion calorific value values compared to standard coal are 0.5 and 0.54 respectively, equivalent to 90% of the calorific value of ordinary coal. Theoretically, 1 ton of pellet fuel is equivalent to 1.1 tons of raw coal.

Agricultural and forestry waste after compression can reach a density of 0.9-1.6g/cm3 (kilograms per cubic centimeter), which is convenient for storage and transportation. Moreover, its thermal energy is superior to wood, with a calorific value of 16-18MJ/kg (joules/kg), equivalent to medium-quality smoke coal, can be burned directly, and at the same time has the advantages of less black smoke, strong fire, complete combustion, high strength, easy ignition and burning, no flying ash, clean and hygienic, pollution-free, etc.
