Common Technical Questions

Recently, customers have raised questions about the wearing parts of the briquetting machine in the charcoal machine. The wearing parts of the briquetting machine in our factory-produced charcoal machine are the propeller and the cone sleeve. The propeller needs repair once every 5-7 days, and the cone sleeve needs repair once every 5-6 months. During use, if technical issues arise, it is the customer's responsibility; if machine problems occur, it is our manufacturer's responsibility. Propeller

Whether the propeller is qualified also determines whether the rod quality is acceptable. The propeller is a wearing part; its tip section experiences friction with the raw material during high-speed rotation, causing severe wear on the end face. When the end face angle density decreases or the contact surface becomes rough with spots, the rods produced will not meet requirements, or may not even be produced at all. At this point, we should repair the propeller according to the method taught by the factory technicians to bring it up to the technical specification indicators. As long as the operator (or maintenance personnel) frequently practices and explores, it will be easy to master. The basic process of producing mechanized charcoal with a charcoal machine is a primary issue that first-time mechanized charcoal production clients must understand. First, after crushing the raw materials, drying follows. The drying effect should achieve a raw material moisture content of approximately 8% to 12%; being too dry or too wet will affect the production effectiveness of the briquetting machine. The third step involves what we call the charcoal machine — during production, attention must be paid to the propeller welding issue. Finally comes briquetting with the carbonization machine, during which attention must be paid to the heating rate and time.
