Suote Hongfa Charcoal Equipment Experts Address Non-Molding Issues and Briquetting Principles in Charcoal Production
2013/4/10 10:51:57

Mechanized fiber rods are made from raw materials such as sawdust, crop straw (corn stalks, soybean stalks, sorghum stalks, cotton stalks, rapeseed stalks, peanut vines, sunflower stalks), rice husks, grass, shrub branches, bamboo offcuts, bamboo shavings, and bagasse, which are extruded at high temperature using fiber briquetting equipment. This product has high density, small volume, and good combustibility, and can replace firewood and coal. Typical product outer diameter is 50-60mm, with a hole diameter of 15-20mm, shaped as a hollow square or hexagonal column. It can also be made into spherical, granular, or honeycomb briquette shapes.

The main reasons for briquetting non-molding are as follows:

1: High moisture content in the briquetting machine raw material.

2: Wear on the welding overlay area of the briquetting machine screw propeller.

3: Excessive wear on the briquetting machine barrel cone sleeve. These are the reasons why the briquetting machine fails to mold during the briquetting process.
