The Difference Between Raw Wood Charcoal and Mechanized Charcoal

　　1. Raw Wood Charcoal (also known as tree charcoal): Made by carbonizing the stems, trunks, or roots of various trees, with irregular shapes. Charcoal quality is directly determined by the quality of the raw material. Raw wood charcoal has a calorific value of approximately 5,000-6,500 calories, a burning time of about 80 minutes per kg, produces smoke and odor during burning, and has a carbon content of 65-75%; 
　　2. Mechanized Charcoal (also known as artificial charcoal): Made by taking waste materials such as bamboo and wood sawdust, scrap materials, peanut shells, rice husks, crop straw, etc., going through processes of crushing, drying, high-temperature and high-pressure pressing into round, prismatic, or square firewood sticks with holes, and then carbonized in a carbonization furnace, resulting in regularly shaped charcoal. Mechanized charcoal has a wide range of material selection, low material cost, and raw materials can be used in combination. Mechanized charcoal has a calorific value of approximately 7,000-8,500 calories, a burning time of about 200 minutes per kg, produces no smoke or odor during burning, and has a carbon content of 75-85%;   
   Through comparative testing of the above two types of charcoal, we conclude that: mechanized charcoal has higher carbon content, greater calorific value, and longer burning time. Additionally, due to the use of advanced manufacturing technology, mechanized charcoal has very low sulfur and phosphorus content and burns fully, therefore producing no smoke or odor during combustion.
