What Issues Should Be Noted When Installing a Briquetting Machine?
1. Tighten all connecting bolts, especially the three set screws inside the heating cylinder sleeve, connect cooling water pipes, and connect electrical and power lines.
2. Check all lubrication parts.
3. Check whether the power supply voltage is normal.
4. Start no-load operation for 30 minutes. If there are no abnormal phenomena such as jamming or collision, normal production can begin. If abnormalities are found during trial run, immediately stop to identify the cause, then perform no-load operation again after troubleshooting.
5. Set the temperature regulator to the required temperature. Only when the temperature reaches the preset temperature can operation begin.
6. Gradually increase feeding until qualified products are produced normally. When normal production continues for 30 minutes, it indicates successful operation, and normal production can proceed.
7. Before stopping, ensure the hopper is empty, and immediately reverse for 1 minute after stopping to allow raw materials inside the propeller to exit.
8. The machine body must be properly grounded.
