The Production Process of Mechanized Charcoal Machine
2011/10/18 9:24:03

>The production process of mechanized charcoal machine. The entire process of mechanized charcoal machine producing mechanized charcoal involves dealing with heat. We can accurately measure the heat value through high-temperature measurement instruments.

1. Drying of raw materials:

>To ensure the quality of charcoal, we must produce high-quality machine-made charcoal sticks. The quality of charcoal sticks depends not only on equipment and technology but also on the moisture content of raw materials. Generally, the moisture content of raw materials should be less than 10%. Therefore, our first step is to dry the raw materials. When drying raw materials, we can first place raw materials with higher moisture content in open drying yards for 1-2 days of air drying or sun drying to evaporate surface moisture, reducing hot drying time and fuel consumption. Then, we place raw materials that meet particle size requirements into hot air dryers and dry them to less than 10% moisture content. The drying temperature is generally between 140°C and 300°C.

2. Briquetting

>Raw material briquetting is completed in a briquetting machine. The forming sleeve of the briquetting machine has an external heating ring that can raise the temperature of the forming sleeve to about 350°C. To ensure that machine-made briquettes have a smooth surface, high density, and no cracks, we can select appropriate forming temperatures based on the type of raw materials and moisture content. The specific temperature must be determined through on-site testing. Generally speaking, assuming the screw propeller is qualified and the raw material moisture content is between 8-12%, the drying temperature varies depending on the shape of the material and the type of heater, generally between 140°C and 500°C; the material temperature can be controlled by adjusting the length of the drying pipeline and air distribution, generally not exceeding 55°C to 70°C.

3. Carbonization (charcoal burning)

>The carbonization process of medium and low-temperature charcoal. During the drying stage, from ignition until the furnace temperature rises to 160°C, the moisture contained in machine-made briquettes is mainly evaporated through external heat and heat generated by their own combustion. The chemical composition of machine-made briquettes remains almost unchanged.

>The working process of Suote Hongfa Biomass Charcoal Machine Carbonization Furnace

1. Natural ignition

2. Heating, dehydration, and drying

3. High-temperature decomposition

4. Combustion of flammable gases on material surface

5. Intensified decomposition

6. Tar

7. Black carbon material

>The above seven steps are the seven major processes of the carbonization furnace working in charcoal machine equipment produced by Suote Hongfa Biomass Charcoal Machine Factory. For customers who purchase our equipment, we will send technicians to install and commission the equipment for free, and then teach charcoal burning techniques step by step. The above seven points will also be explained one by one, such as how to collect wood tar and how to produce charcoal with the highest calorific value through carbonization.
